We are a nonprofit training facility for doctoral students in clinical psychology to receive supervised training from licensed faculty and staff. Because we are a training clinic, a phone intake screening is completed with anyone interested in therapy to make sure that our clinic can provide an appropriate level of care. Most of our services are offered in the form of individual therapy, however, group treatment may also be offered depending on the frequency of referrals for particular problems. More specialized psychological interventions may be offered as well, such as treatments for eating disorders and the use of Cognitive Behavior therapy for anxiety disorders, such as phobias, compulsions, and obsessions. Tracking the effectiveness of our therapy services with PCOMS allows us to deliver evidence based practices regardless of the type of therapy offered, while still tailoring the services to the particular needs of the client (Duncan, 2014). Providing client-directed, outcome informed services are priorities at the clinic. This way, you have the best chance of selecting a clinic that is suited to helping you with your particular problems. The UNT Psychology clinic also provides professional and competent training to graduate students in the applied programs of the Department of Psychology. As the training clinic for one of the top-ranked clinical psychology graduate programs in the country, we are committed to excellence in graduate training and provide low cost psychological services, both psychotherapy and psychological assessment (child assessments only), for adults, children, and families in the Athens community. The Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) at the University of Arizona is a training facility for advanced psychology trainees enrolled in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at UArizona. The BHC is staffed by clinicians in training, allowing the BHC to provide a variety of therapy and assessment services to the Tucson community at greatly reduced cost. EKU students are not charged for therapy or assessment services. The Psychology Center provides both psychotherapy and assessment services for children and adults. The Clinic provides confidential psychological services at no charge. Anxiety & Sleep Clinic: Starting in Fall 2022, our clinic will be regularly offering services focused specifically on anxiety & sleep-related problems, including panic attacks, phobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and insomnia. The number of openings we will have during the academic year is unpredictable, and therefore, we are unable to keep a waiting list.
